09CuPCrNi-A steel plate features:

Atmospheric corrosion resistance: 09CuPCrNi-A steel plate through alloying, such as adding copper, phosphorus, chromium, nickel and other elements, so that it has good atmospheric corrosion resistance.

High strength characteristics: the steel plate is not only corrosion resistant, but also has a high strength, suitable for a variety of structural parts that need to bear large loads.

Good processing performance: 09CuPCrNi-A steel plate has good machinability and weldability, which is convenient for manufacturing processing and engineering construction.

09CuPCrNi-A steel plate chemical composition: the main elements include carbon (C), silicon (Si), manganese (Mn), phosphorus (P), sulfur (S), copper (Cu), nickel (Ni) and chromium (Cr). Among them, the content of copper (Cu) is between 0.10% and 0.40%, the content of chromium (Cr) is between 0.30% and 1.25%, and the content of nickel (Ni) is between 0.25% and 0.50%. The addition of these elements makes the steel plate have excellent corrosion resistance.

Yield strength: about 345MPa (standard value) or 498MPa (typical value).

Tensile strength: about 380MPa (standard value) or 589MPa (typical value).

Elongation: About 22% (standard value) or 28% (typical value).

Hardness: about 150 HB.

These mechanical properties show that 09CuPCrNi-A steel plate has good strength and toughness.
