Application of 1Cr12 stainless heat-resistant steel

1Cr12 is a stainless and heat-resistant steel commonly used in the manufacture of turbine blades and high-stress components, which can maintain stable performance in high temperature and high-stress environments.

1Cr12 stainless steel features:

Corrosion resistance: 1Cr12 contains a high chromium element, which can form a dense layer of chromium oxide, effectively preventing its further oxidation reaction in the air, thereby improving its corrosion resistance.

Mechanical properties: 1Cr12 has high hardness, excellent tensile strength and compressive strength, and also has a certain toughness and plasticity, which can maintain stable performance in some special environments. In addition, it also has good wear resistance and heat resistance.

Machining performance: 1Cr12 steel has good malleability, machinability and grinding performance, and is easy to carry out various processing operations.

Chemical composition of 1Cr12 stainless steel:

The main components of 1Cr12 stainless steel include iron (Fe), carbon (C), chromium (Cr), molybdenum (Mo) and vanadium (V). Among them, the carbon content is about 0.08-0.15%, the chromium content is about 11-13%, the molybdenum content is about 0.5-1.0%, and the vanadium content is about 0.1-0.2%. In addition, it also contains small amounts of elements such as silicon (Si), manganese (Mn), phosphorus (P) and sulfur (S).
